Mobile Therapy Room

ELI is the only organization in the world that utilizes a Mobile Therapy Unit to reach those children, victims of abuse, who cannot afford the cost of traveling to ELI’s offices or who live too remotely to visit ELI’s offices in Tel-Aviv, or any of its satellite therapists in other major population centers in Israel.

The Mobile Therapy Unit is a cargo van with a therapy room retrofitted into the cargo space. The van is driven by an ELI social worker. ELI also uses the Mobile Therapy Unit for emergency intervention during hours when the office is closed.
